Katie's Crab Au Gratin
| 1/2 c butter, softened | 1 t lemon pepper |
| 1 1/2 c mushroom, chopped | 1/2 t black pepper |
| 1 c onion, chopped | dash cayenne pepper |
| 1 c bell pepper, chopped | 1 c cheddar cheese |
| 3 T flour | 1/2 c colby jack cheese |
| 1 T garlic, minced | 1 lb lump meat |
| 1 t salt | 1/2 c bread crumbs |
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter in large frying pan. Add garlic, mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion. Saute and stir until tender- about 10 minutes.
Add flour, salt, and peppers. Stir in cheeses, then fold in crab meat.
Pour in greased cassarole dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
